Biscuits Cafe - Happy Valley

1. Whitney, our server, handled a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. Despite the customer's rude behavior, Whitney remained cool and provided excellent service to us. It was disappointing to see her treated unfairly, and I truly hope that customer does not return. Whitney was friendly, capable, and we were very satisfied with her service. 2. McKenzie, our host, was only on her second day on the job but did an outstanding job. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. She even went above and beyond to refill our coffee while Whitney was busy. We were impressed by her level of service. 3. Lastly, although I didn't catch his name, a young man at the restaurant went out of his way to save a spider that was caught under one of the tables. Instead of simply killing it, he carefully relocated it to the garden where it belonged. This small act of kindness did not go unnoticed. Overall, our experience at Happy Valley Biscuits was fantastic thanks to the delicious food and exceptional service from these dedicated employees. We left feeling satisfied and grateful.

I have visited this restaurant with friends before, and although it can be quite busy, we always get our food on time! I appreciate the generous portions for the price and how satisfying the meals are. The staff is always friendly and engaging, taking time to chat with us about our day and little happenings. It's a great spot for a quick brunch, and the new manager is very friendly and a delight to interact with.

My spouse and I frequent this restaurant because it is conveniently located near our workplace. Typically, the food is good and the service is decent. However, our recent experience was less than satisfactory. Despite there being many available tables, we had to wait to be seated. Once seated by the host (Dalton), we waited 20 minutes for just two coffees and waters, which we had to track down ourselves. Our server, Whitney, was apologetic and attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and checking on our order. After waiting approximately 45 minutes for our meals, which consisted of a bun, waffle, and toast, we were surprised by the slow service. We noticed that other tables seated after us were served and finished their meals before us. Our server seemed overwhelmed and had little support until another staff member stepped in to help. It was disappointing to see the lack of communication and assistance from the manager and host in this situation.

I came to oregon to visit my long lost high school show! while I was there, I stopped and had breakfast my waitress name was laralee she was very beaten and energetic! She served me and kept me a smile on my face and laugh! tocuits it a good place with great people! I will definitely return my next trip to oregon!

Poor service, waited too long for food, had to ask for second cup of coffee, others came after us and were served before us. THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM. Cook did not know how to serve corned beef hash, had to use a steak knife to cut. You'd think after we asked if the manager was in, they would want to know why, or at least told us they were busy and would be right over, but still had to wait. Finally ended up leaving. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not very attentive. Plenty of other places, no reason to go back.
