What can we say about a early morning place and their service. The coffee and bagels where giving to a coworker who seem to enjoy. The service was somewhat quick but theybwere NOT friendly at all. I know it was early but a smile. Maybe a thank you would have been appreciated. We went through the drive through and the place was lite up well enough to see clearly. What the heck??? That was the worst oat milk latte I have ever had. I couldn't even taste the espresso. Maybe because they didn't use espresso? All it tasted like was oat milk. View all feedback.
Post-pandemic, I truly appreciate the staff's dedication to cleanliness at this establishment. The store is consistently tidy, and with the exception of one staff member, everyone is kind and knowledgeable about their offerings. On the morning of June 29, I stopped by for my coffee and needed to use the restroom. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained it was, even down to the trash bin, and the floor was freshly mopped! When I returned for my evening coffee, I found the bathroom had been cleaned again. The counter is always spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the display is free of dust. The tables are consistently clean as well. I hope this level of cleanliness never changes. Dunkin' continues to surpass customer expectations in both staff and service.
You can always count on Dunkin' for a reliable experience. The coffee is decent, and while the atmosphere could use some music, they do have plenty of seats and tables available.
Their hashbrowns are like a burst of flavorful yumminess! Update; went there again and the managers were having a meeting on how to improve the place, they seem like they REALLY care. Very nice gm, I would definitely recommend coming here because they stay on top of their staff.
I been to this Dunkin? Donuts several times. They always have issues with orders and giving stellar service. I?ve come to realize they are absolutely terrible with treating customers with care. I?ve watch them not only do this to me but many others. Their overall goal is to see how they cannot help you and to show the customer how you do not matter. They actually would not make the coffee the way I wanted them to. I actually paid my money and did not get the coffee I wanted! Very true. Customer please be aware. They are rude individuals. So sad.
Today was my first trip day and I found this DD in my way. I had the best customer service, and as a sales person, dealing with customers all day, I recognize how hard it is, and I also recognize the people who enjoy their job, that do it with passion. Thank you Devon! Because you just made my day with a great experience
