Dunkin' Donuts - Hanson

I spent an eternity waiting in the drive-thru. I requested a blue Gatorade for my son and a large hazelnut cold brew, only to be told they didn’t have any Gatorade at all. As a result, I ended up getting him water. When I finally reached the window, I noticed that the car next to me had a blue Gatorade. When I inquired about it, the woman said I could add one to my order instead of swapping it out. Frustrated, I declined. To top it all off, they also messed up my coffee order.

The remodel looks nice and fresh! The drinks were good, but I received the wrong sandwich order and realized it only after I had already driven away. Service: Takeout Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I've visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been disappointing. My coffee order is consistently incorrect. On my most recent visit, my sandwich was completely burnt. The staff is consistently rude, regardless of how many customers are in the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Additionally, the restaurant itself seems to be in need of a thorough cleaning. The service here is excellent; the staff is friendly and efficient. I don't really need to say much about the drinks and food because everyone already knows how great they are. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The service is quick and the staff are friendly, always confirming my order by repeating it back to me for accuracy. I enjoy visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts in Hanson whenever I'm nearby. The place is also very clean, which is a nice change from some other Dunkin’ locations I've been to, where the trash cans are often overflowing. Highly recommend!
