However, the food felt a bit store-bought and lacked that fresh, homemade taste. While the people were lovely, the flavors were somewhat bland. The sausage and biscuits gravy seemed to be made from canned ingredients, the bacon was extremely thin and overcooked, but I have to say the potatoes were excellent. Having run a diner during my school days, I wish I could share some simple flavor tips with them, as it would really enhance the overall dining experience. I mean this in a constructive way!
