Please address the sinkholes in your parking lot! Considering the prices this restaurant charges for fuel, food, and drinks, they should be able to afford fixing them. Please prioritize repairing the holes.

I recently visited TA and was shocked by the behavior of the white female employee at the fuel desk. Sadly, my overall experience was marred by her disrespectful and racist behavior. Encountering such unprofessionalism in any establishment is discouraging. I strongly recommend that management addresses this issue quickly and replaces her with someone who demonstrates professionalism and treats all customers with respect, regardless of their race or background.
