The combo lomein was classic and delicious. Their wonton soup was more of a veggie soup but I still liked it. Affordable and great portions. Super nice staff!

There always was something missing from my order or being told to wait in my car in the parking lot for 20+ min even after calling to confirm my order was ready for pick up. I tried to shrug off the firstfew bad experiences I had there as bad luck and continue to order seeing many positive reviews and thinking maybe I was justgoing at a busy time, and because my boyfriend really loved the vegan crab Rangoon, but it was truly not worth the effort toalways have to call back because an entree or appetizer was missing from the order entirely. When this did happen it was like Iwas asking for the world to get a refund, they?d tell me someone would call me back and then I?d have to explain the issue allover again. Once they expected me to just get the missing appetizer I had paid for that was not in my order on my next visit, norefund for the missing item, just ?we will make sure you get it next order.? I also experienced something very hard in the salt& pepper vegan fish one time that felt like I had bitten into rocks or dirt, and couldn?t finish the rest of that meal feelinglike I was chomping on something inedible. Poor customer service and apologetic supervisors, but they never made it right andgave me the runaround.
