They... read more We used snappers for our wedding, and I am so beyond happy we picked them! Great prices, good food, lots of food! Mark and his staff were ON TOP OF THINGS! They were so easy to work with before and during the wedding! 10/10 would recommend for any futurecouples!

I have never heard so much talk of the food after a wedding receptions, but all of my guests LOVED it. All the food was cooked, prepared, and kept perfect for the guests to enjoy.I am not impressed often with catering, since sometimes the foods can dry out or be overheated but everything that we catered infrom Snappers was perfect. I LOVED enjoying my food at my own wedding reception. My husband and I had the easiest timediscussing details with Mark and he made our wedding reception run so smoothly.

They were the most affordable option for us, the food was delicious, and they drove from Kansas to Lincoln for the reception. Snappers provided plates, napkins, and silverware all included in theprice!

Before retirement I worked for a caterer for over 13 years so my expectations were high. Mark was very helpful with all aspects and theprice was fantastic! They delivered on time and we?re very friendly. But, the most important part is the food. EVERYTHING wasabsolutely delicious! Some of the crowd favorites were the fruit salad, signature salad and Monterey Chicken. My personalfavorite was the macaroni and cheese. It was super creamy and reheated perfectly. Again, everything we ordered was top notch. IHIGHLY recommend Snapper?s catering and will definitely be using them again.

However I had no idea that my guests would continue commenting over and over: HOW AWESOME THE FOOD WAS! Mark was great to work with, and he has an incredible crew!He shows up, sets up, the food is hot, and plenty of it. We didn't feel rushed, but when he was done, everything got tore downand off of the dance floor! He has my future business. Thank you, Rob Benton
