Mrs. Fields - Hanover

Those are the best cookies i've ever had, they were soft and delicious. They're even better warm but the cookies don't need it to be good. On top of that there is a pretty large section of deserts.

I used to adore these cookies as a child; they were always good and delicious. Unfortunately, that's not the case anymore. It seems they bake all the cookies for the entire day before the store opens, so if you buy them in the afternoon, they're no longer fresh. On top of that, the prices are extremely high. It's truly disappointing to see a once-great company decline like this.

I requested that my cookies be placed in separate bags to prevent the chocolate chips from melting onto the sugar cookies if they were all together. The cashier informed me that the paper bags were expensive (which I found amusing) and that he couldn't accommodate my request. I then asked to speak with a manager, who approached and shouted, "What do you want?" I was taken aback by his tone and told him that I found his outburst insulting. He replied, "This is just how I talk." I mentioned that I would contact corporate to report the incident, after which he attempted to be more friendly. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.

Great mid-mall snack if you have a sweet tooth! Cookies are always fresh and soft.

Omg! Great cookies and the price is a good deal, also the staff is very friendly. However, they could offer cappuccinos, mainly because at this mall there is no place where you can find cappuccino, the Starbucks is not open anymore! I was looking for a cappuccino place to have with those delicious cookies and i was able to find at the restaurant called yard house!
