Vapiano - Hannover

In the pedestrian zone in the center of hannover. about 100 seats inside. any kind of dish is vegan (clearly labeled:) salat, suppe (at least in autumn due to the pumpkin season) noodles (home made,) pinsa (like pizza.) the choice of weine is correct, desserts sad nit vegan. Recently they can choose from garlic in any court — thanks to (i unlikely garlic.) if everything else is closed, vapiano can be open, including celebration, pandemia, etc. kitchen obviously closes earlier than restaurant opening times.

I have eaten here before, and the food is not bad, but this time the service was so bad I left for another restaurant. The lines at the pasta stations weren't too bad when I arrived. I got in the shortest line, but when I was next up, the cook told me the station was closed. Frustrated, I went to a table and sat down. Right after he finished with the person who was right in front of me, someone from the next line switched to the now empty station. Less than a minute later a new cook came to the station and took her order. Before I could get back in line, more people started filing in, and all the lines filled up. I just got up and left. When I turned my unused card in at the door, the hostess didn't even bother to ask why I was leaving without eating.

I find something more expensive for it to be self-service,but very tasty

The vapiano I knew so far from nürnberg and hamburg. a couple of years ago in nürnberg I was thrilled by the concept of running nudel production you could watch and you came to eat fresh. last year in hamburg in small damper: eat top, but the waiting time at 15 o'clock in the afternoon at 15min already limit value. in hannover they have left themselves with the remodeling quite nice time it has been worth: the restaurant looks great. not so great: thanks to great demand, there is always more and more regenerative operation and the workers do so after the third visit. I can't imagine someone staying longer than three months in this mill. the quality of the dishes is ok, the taste experience keeps within limits, since many dishes taste quite similar and the broader fanned map in contrast to the original in nürnberg has not led to an equally wide taste fan. the waiting times are at 13 like 19 o'clock in my opinion according to limit value. under 15min I never came to eat. the friendliness of the staff, on the other hand, is well thought that have been extensively trained. Hopefully, it will be refilled with the waiting times and the taste will be back to old quality. currently it is partially neutral .

I was completely disappointed after my first visit. ok I admit it was on a Saturday and it was the first advent weekend. but when I had friends to visit from outside, we dared to try. the load was well visited. there were still free places. so we ordered all three pizzas. Already at the order we were told that it would take up to 30 minutes. that was not a problem for us. After 45 minutes, our pager finally went with the news that we could pick up our pizzas. of the 3 pizzas was just one finished. only then we were told that the delay in the means of life did not come behind. then we ordered the pizza without the missing ingredient. after another 15 minutes the pizzas were finally finished. my was not really hot and I felt that she was standing longer. but did not want to claim the pizza and it was also tasted. I didn't want to pay the full price. at the bank, the pizza was then completely issued to me and I only paid for an salad and drinks. that was then good service again. I'll start another second attempt. I hope it's going better.
