Good place with a very nice butter chicken and lamb kebab masala, not as sweet as some other Indian restaurants would it, but just right! Beautiful decoration and very friendly staff. I can also recommend her Kufi ice cream! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shalimar The Indian:
I was an Indian visiting the restaurant for the first time. They have severely adapted the dishes to german taste-buds. I did not find the actual taste of the Indian dishes. Leave it the spicy-ness, I understand not everyone can withstand dishes that hot. But the masalas and the flavour. That I didn't expect it to be absent. The ambience was good though. Eating came faster than announced, was nice hot and as always very delicious!
Delivery came first half an hour after the preordered time of the clock. the food was unfortunately very cold, so not so delicious anymore.
