eisdiele san marco is definitely a solid ice cream parlour even if it is for me only number 3 on the lister mile. the service is very friendly and the selection is sufficient. it's ok, you taste that the ice isn't made yourself, but what ice cream is still going to be a problem today! the coffee, however, was very watery and not my taste! otherwise definitely recommended. On Easter Monday it was sunny in Hanover, but cool, which did not stop us, after a long break back to the ice cafe San Marco (which in the list Mile 70!). Under the same name, the owner runs a depositor in the list mile 51 – which is significantly narrower. The ice cream or the pelvic creations were always of good to very good quality – as we haven't managed to eat an ice cream there for a long time, we were curious about whether the quality has changed. Due to the weather, the outdoor area became complete with some more wintery, other already dressed summer – there were still some free places inside. Welcome service: a “normal” welcome: niente – all services were on the “folds”, the counterparts also “worked” it was very good to do. We sit on a free table, took the cards to the hand and shortly afterwards – “funiculi, funicula of Zebulon is there” – (the older ones among us may remember the magical carousel a male service there and ask for our wishes. Since we had not yet met any ice selection: an espresso (1.90 € and a “Café tedesco” (filter coffee – also ordered 1.90 €). Both arrived at the table within 5 minutes. A Nougat Praliné on the saucer – delicious! None of these otherwise usual "dry cookies". My wife ordered a walnut pelvis (only with hazelnut and walnut, €6.90), I ordered a Tartufo classico (which is somehow different in every ice cream café for €5.90 – but here I like it: hazelnut liqueur cream. After almost 10 minutes, the ice dishes came to the table. The walnut cup came – as ordered. The part is well dimensioned, the walnut sauce very aromatic, the walnuts of good quality, tasteful and fresh. The two types of ice cream were round and creamy, hazelnuts naturally stronger in taste. The ice: fresh and pink. That fits all, the quality is good too good. Visually no super eye-catcher – but handmade ok. The Tartufo was unfortunately from the shape, rather slightly plated, the depression filled with orange liqueur, covered with cream, an amarena cherry as decoration waffle. I hope I can show you soon (in May a picture of how it should be – if I am a guest in the ice cream café of Italian friends. Tastefully I wrote everything about the hazelnut. The liqueur was a beautiful contrast point to the ice, which, fortunately, was not completely and massively rolled into delicate chocolate batters. Conclusion: very tasty – visual: good... that is better (maybe it was because so much went on – but should not be. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain, completely fine PLV: for Hanover and the Lister Mile: ok So the quality is still true, the service is fast, despite high hospitality, a little more kindness – then it would be worth a visit!
We had waffles with ice cream and it was really delicious. One serving consisted out of thick waffles. My strawberry waffle waffles, scoop vanilla ice cream, whipped cream) was only Euros which is cheap. Great quality. I recommend to share...a serving The ice cream is really delicious. Cappucino was hot and tasted amazing, too. Service was nice quick. Location has a lot of tables.
Always like to visit, especially on hot days. then it tastes a particularly refreshing ice cream. getting a place is sometimes difficult.
A spot on the lister mile. Not only to eat ice, but also to a glass of wine. especially our enkelin loves to eat the ice pinocchio or bee maja.
