Thank you so much for this unforgettable evening. We celebrated my father's birthday. We felt very comfortable throughout and spent almost three hours there. Regarding the concept: There's a six-course menu, plus an amuse-bouche and a mini cheesecake to finish. There's also unlimited water and bread. A brilliantly conceived concept. Every course was sophisticated with so many details – I couldn't possibly list them all.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening with highly ambitious cuisine, a wine list that impresses even with its basic selection while remaining affordable, accompanied by wonderful wine glasses, and very communicative and attentive service – all presented in a relaxed manner and truly recommendable from a culinary perspective. The sourdough bread deserves special praise, as do the appetizers and dessert. Many thanks to the entire team. I foresee another Michelin star in Hanover.

I really appreciate creativity and when one takes a unique approach to anything. Rüpel, definitely fits that mold. The food presentation and explanation when served was a pleasant surprise. I really liked the sauces on the dishes and each serving was like seeing a new piece of art. The staff was very nice and the food tastes excellent.
