Today was my first time... read more I've been going there every now and then for a few years. It gradually became less frequent because I wasn't satisfied with the service. Today was my first time back. I was pleasantly surprised by the new waiter. He introduced himself by his name (Claudio), and he was very friendly and accommodating. He served us all evening, and we finally felt at home again. Now I'll gladly go there more often on the weekends. Thanks for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately, the view of Hanover city center wasn't very nice, but they definitely made the most of it. Highly recommended.

I '... read more Who on earth hired this waiter?!? There were two of us there and we wanted to spend a romantic evening, but the grumpy older waiter did his best to ruin it. I 've never experienced anything like it. I had previously praised Linden as being particularly friendly, and then this man came along and provided the worst service I 've ever experienced. Right from the start, we were told that the kitchen was only open until 10 p.m. and that we should hurry up, the chefs wanted to go home. It was 8:15 p.m. ! . Our order was taken, but we skipped the appetizer because there was no time left. As we were ordering, the waiter finished our sentence for us and simply left, even though we were still in the middle of a conversation. The food then arrived individually, about 5-10 minutes apart. It tasted good, so nothing against the kitchen. While we were eating our plates were still half full , we were told to go away, as the kitchen wanted the plates back to be washed. The restaurant is open much later than the kitchen, so we wondered why the waiter didn 't just clear away the food after the meal and wash the dishes the next day, like everywhere else. I then told him that we would like to at least finish our meals. He then gave me a pat on the shoulder, and that was that. I therefore urgently !! recommend that the owner of this restaurant find new service staff, because this is a completely ruining of an otherwise very nice restaurant. We certainly wouldn 't come back because of this.

Michele really has a knack for this, and he served us very well, as always. Whenever I'm back in Hanover, I always enjoy eating at this restaurant.
