My girlfriends I wanted to sit outside in the fine weather to enjoy coffee cake but most of the tables were full so I asked if I could take a chair to a smaller... read more My girlfriends I wanted to sit outside in the fine weather to enjoy coffee cake but most of the tables were full so I asked if I could take a chair to a smaller table and the waitress (looked to be mid forties with brown hair and wearing bright red lipstick) shot me a haughty look and barely nodded. Then one of my girlfriends decided that with only two cakes to choose from we should go elsewhere, so we said goodbye and left. Then the crabby waitress scolded us for not putting the chair back and I told her not to lecture her customers. This woman never greeted us she made us feel guilty for being there in the first place and she was even unfriendlier when we left! This was on 1 September, 2018. We won't ever be going back there and I will warn family/colleagues/friends to steer clear of there. Too bad because it's a charming looking place. Management, I advise you to hire friendlier staff because people from all over the world complain about bad customer service in Germany. This is so easy to change!

A very pleasant ambience, super food at absolutely fair prices! I've never eaten a better salami pizza! I was there more often and the three male and a female service are always very polite and accommodating. You will be happy to advise you about the food. Top service! Thank you and I will come back anytime!
