Aber für uns hatte sie nett... read more Durch Zufall sind wir gestern bei Eva gelandet.Wichtig anzumerken ist,dass sie eigentlich" nur" von 8:00 bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Aber für uns hatte sie netter Weise noch länger gemacht.Das kleine Lokal hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit zurückhaltender peruanischer Demo und es ist sehr sauber. Wer es eilig mit Essen hat,ist hier schlecht aufgehoben. Aber was gut werden will,braucht Zeit...Nun zum Essen: Eva hatte vorgeschlagen für uns 5 eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte zu machen. Dazu gehörte gefüllte Avocado mit Quinoa und Shrimps, Tortilla, Tamales, Oktopussalat, Kartoffeln mit Huancaina Sosse, frischem Lachs und Thunfisch. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt,war gut gewürzt und sehr nett angerichtet. Der obligatorische geröstete Mais mit Salz hat auch nicht gefehlt.Es gibt nur eine kleine Auswahl an Hauptspeisen,aber was man gegessen haben muss ist die Cebiche de pescado, Fischer Fisch in Limettensaft mit Chilli,Koriander und roten Zwiebeln. Eva benutzt dafür Dorade, die perfekt für dieses Gericht geeignet ist. Wer es nicht so gern scharf mag,sagt es einfach Eva und sie macht es nicht scharf.Getränke: Wer schon einmal in Peru war,kam definitiv nicht an "Chicha morada" vorbei, ein Kultgetränk aus schwarzem Mais und anderen Zutaten. Natürlich hat das auch Eva. Ich kann den" Pisco Sour" einen peruanischen Cocktail bei ihr nur empfehlen. Ich habe ihn auch schon wo anders getrunken in Hannover,aber hier war er der Beste.Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Plus, delicious margaritas (okay, my husband had a beer). And all that for under €65 for three people. I'd go back anytime! :D

This was our first encounter with Peruvian cuisine. It 's quite astonishing what Eva (a trained chef and educated in Italy) can conjure up in such a small space. Our main course was the corn-fed chicken breast and the rabbit leg. Both were delicious and appetizing. The same goes for our starters and desserts. Our friend Marco is Peruvian, and he confirmed the authenticity of the dishes. So, here you 're eating originally. Be sure to try the dark beer; it 's very drinkable and aromatic. The hospitality there made us feel like we belonged. In short, we felt completely at home with Eva.
