I went to the market hall, the food was fantastic, especially the margaritas: we had salmon tartare on bread, enpanadas (incredibly delicious and huge), and stuffed peppers. Plus, delicious margaritas (okay, my husband had a beer). And all that for under €65 for three people. I'd go back anytime! :D
Kitchen is fitting, as the restaurant is more of a kitchen with seating, small and very atmospheric, than a restaurant. This was our first encounter with Peruvian cuisine. It 's quite astonishing what Eva (a trained chef and educated in Italy) can conjure up in such a small space. Our main course was the corn-fed chicken breast and the rabbit leg. Both were delicious and appetizing. The same goes for our starters and desserts. Our friend Marco is Peruvian, and he confirmed the authenticity of the dishes. So, here you 're eating originally. Be sure to try the dark beer; it 's very drinkable and aromatic. The hospitality there made us feel like we belonged. In short, we felt completely at home with Eva.
A lovely little restaurant. We had reserved a table since there aren't many seats. The food was very good, and we were given helpful advice regarding spice levels. The service was friendly and frequently asked if we needed anything. The drinks were a mix of German and Peruvian. My conclusion: a fantastic culinary experience; I would definitely make a reservation again next time.
I highly recommend this restaurant! It serves excellent, authentic Peruvian food and is very friendly. My husband, a native Peruvian, is also impressed! We'll be back!
