Nice restaurant in itself Time but you have to HAVE TIME!!! Starter took 45 minutes baguettes warmed up with a little butter, which should taste like garlic) and eating took an hour!!!! Without information that it “TAKES LONGER TODAY” if we had known that we would have gone somewhere else View all feedback.
Really enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Chill atmosphere, good food and great prices. The service was also good.

We were visiting Hanover and decided on Das Ei. At the very beginning you are greeted by a cheerful service staff. In any case, she enjoyed the job. We were immediately informed that the food might take longer. In fact we waited a good 30 minutes for the food but we were prepared for it. While we waited we were regularly provided with drinks. The atmosphere was very cozy and invites you to linger for a longer period of time. Some of it is getting old, but I think it fits quite well so far. And everything was clean and well maintained. The food was really tasty. For me I have a large meat platter. Even the most experienced eater will be full. The meat was well cooked and the fried potatoes were just the way she likes. The béarnaise sauce was fantastic. Really good. Absolutely outstanding in terms of price. Add some delicious Guinness and the evening was a success. It was great, we’ll definitely be back
