I didn't try the food, but the customer service was so bad that I felt compelled to leave a review on Google Maps. Today, my friend and I visited the restaurant and no one greeted us. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. My friend had to go inside and ask for someone to take our order, only to be told that they would be right with us. However, after 20 minutes passed, no one came. Frustrated, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, my friend explained to the waitress that we had been waiting for over half an hour without any service, to which the waitress responded that it was normal for things to be this way. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
The food was delicious, but the service was incredibly bad. A lot of the staff were chatting behind the bar, leaving only two ladies to handle the entire place. Additionally, the guy loitering outside was very rude. However, I would still recommend this place if you are looking to practice your patience.

Perfect place in the city centre to have dinner after a long day in Ligna. The staff is so friendly. The food was delicious, we ordered Nachos and 2 Burger just perfect. Also the decoration from the restaurant is beautiful! Also was not crowded, many restaurants were full. We were so lucky with our choice, I recomend it!
The burgers are so delicious and the drinks are great. You have to get the Waldmanns Heil!
