Delicious food with lightning-fast service! The music is fantastic, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of historic waterfront Hannibal. Highly recommended!

I stopped by Wayne BBQ on my way home from a road trip and lucked out with perfect timing for lunch. The brisket was amazing—possibly the best I've ever tasted! I also tried the mac and cheese, which was delicious, and the BBQ beans were very good too. The service was quick and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. Though it's a four-hour drive for me to return, I’m definitely planning to go back!

We always make a point to visit this place whenever we're in town. The pork nachos and brisket are fantastic. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly!

Expensive and hit and miss. I typically order the brisket, lately it has seemed more like roast beef slices. Not much smoke flavor at all. Sides leave a little to be desired. The Mac and cheese is good, just not too impressed with the rest. The smoked turkey is great.

Great BBQ and even better service! The pork nachos are a must. My husband got the brisket sandwich and the portion size was a great deal for the price. Service was quick and polite; even though their sign said they were short-staffed, one would never know it. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!
