This is the second time this has happened. The crust makes up 50% of the pizza, so it’s crucial to get it right. Honestly, this issue seems to arise when certain people are making it. Our previous visits were much better. A business can't afford to lose regular customers. The owners need to come together and ensure that the quality is consistent, no matter who is in the kitchen. I'm starting to notice a pattern. We will think twice before ordering from here again and will prioritize other local options instead.
