I was in Finns this afternoon and ordered a cheeseburger and was not greeted with a smile or even one welcoming word. Didn’t catch the lady’s name working today but she was not nice at all. She was very hateful and acted like I was putting her out to take my order. I was kind to her still and said thanks with only a smirk with no response. Got the burger like 2 minutes so it was already precooked for 13 dollars For a burger that cost 13 dollars, precooked and reheated, treated very poorly I surly will never step foot in there again. I get it you’re having a bad day but you still have to serve your customers with a smile and make them feel welcomed. Or at least fake it. Finns I would not want this person to be the face and personality of my establishment. Sad
