Tim Horton's - Hanna

I was very happy to come across the Tim Hortons in Hanna. Unfortunately, the chicken strips I ordered were undercooked and the restroom was not as clean as it should have been.

This is a well run Timmy’s. The staff all smile and work quickly to get your order. A nice familiar place to take a break or coffee up for a trip.

Stopped for a quick early breakfast before hitting the road the other day. We waited to be served for ten minutes and were not even acknowledged by the 5 staff I saw. Only one other couple in the building. We finally left and went to A&W.

There were plenty of staff here this past Sunday afternoon but things were moving slow. Seemed to be a lot of standing around. Maybe go and clean the washroom if you find yourself with nothing to do. I don't get the disgusting washrooms some restaurants have.

Sorry to have to say this, but we stopped for a coffee to go and a couple of soft drinks. The place was not busy by any means except for maybe 6-10 people in the restaurant. Only 2 people in front of me but the employee serving them was painfully slow. Finally after waiting for this gong show, another employee asked me over to another order station. I ordered 1 coffee and picked up 2 cokes from the cooler. Handed her a $10 bill and she left to get my order without giving me any change. When she finally got back, I had to move to the serving station to pick up the order without my change. When I asked for it, she went back to get it and then stuffed it into my hand with scorn and said have a good day with some kind of anger in her voice. Well, I can tell you, this is about the worst of the worst. I'm glad I don't have to ever return. As for the employee, I hope you have a good day also...at home.
