What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
This is the first time coming back to an El Pollo Loco restaurant in a few years, and I was not impressed. Walking in the establishment was dirty. It looked unswept, and the bathroom was gross and had run out of both soap and toilet paper. Itlooked like it had not been cleaned in a while. This location is easily one of the worst I've experienced. The customer service was lacking, the food was served cold, and there were hairs on my chicken. Although they did replace the chicken, the staff made me feel like I had done something wrong. Moreover, the language coming from the kitchen was quite vulgar and easily heard. I cannot recommend this place at all. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
