What User doesn't like about Hancock House:
We ended up staying here on a fluke but the staff was very pleasant and helpful and made our stay a lot less stressful than when we entered. The rooms are very dated, a tubed tv from the 80 's, no refrigerator in the room, and a ceiling fan that didn 't work didn 't do much to raise our comfort level. Our room was very comfy and the location was perfect for walking anywhere. The staff was excellent, and we were looking forward to eating there due to the great reviews. However, our group had mediocre sandwiches and the fried foods were overcooked and barely edible.Rooms: 5/5 View all feedback.
