Pa... read more A culinary paradise – Palmen Grill! Every time I visit the Palmen Grill I am amazed! The dishes are not only delicious, but also prepared with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the perfectly cooked rice with an incredibly delicious sauce a real taste explosion! Another highlight: every dish always comes with fresh lavash and a few small, delicious baked potatoes a wonderful addition that makes the meal even more special. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. You always feel welcome here, almost like you are at home. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is always fresh and of the highest quality. If you are looking for a restaurant with excellent food, friendly service and attention to detail, you should definitely visit the Palmen Grill! Absolutely recommended!

All the sauces we selected wer... read more Absolutely disappointing – never again! We ordered from Palmengrill in Hanau today via Uber Eats, and it was a complete disaster. All the sauces we selected were missing, one portion of fries never arrived, and the food was burnt, cold, soggy, and completely inedible. The worst part: You can't contact the restaurant at all. The phone number is invalid, there's no email address, no other way to get in touch if there are problems – nothing. If something goes wrong, you have no choice but to go there in person, which is simply unacceptable. This was the last time we'll ever order from or pick up anything from there. Just a catastrophe.

I wouldn't order the currywurst again due to the taste, but the fries were okay. Overall, I didn't think it was good value for money.
