**Restaurant Review: Mixed Experiences at a Local Filipino Spot**
Chadz Restaurant offers a blend of affordable Filipino cuisine that appeals to many, with a diverse menu satisfying cravings for comfort food. However, several patrons have raised concerns about inconsistent customer service, claiming rudeness from staff that detracts from the dining experience. Hygiene issues were also highlighted, with reports of unclean tables and disorganized surroundings. While some customers praise the food as delicious and satisfying, others express disappointment over misleading menu items and poor treatment from the owner. Overall, this restaurant has potential, but it needs to address these critical areas to truly shine.

I ended up leaving this dreadful restaurant. The service quality was terrible, and the food looked like it had been sitting in the Bain Marie for quite some time. The staff did not acknowledge customers at all. I have nothing more to say! Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The menu had many items crossed out, and the food was just average. I placed my order in advance for crispy pasta, but I still had to wait a while to get my meal. While the food was decent, the service was quite slow, and many of the tables were left uncleaned. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40.
I frequently order a lot of takeaway from another shop that I discovered also supplies. I usually buy in bulk. The food is absolutely delicious—always on point! Even my Australian husband enjoys your menudo and kaldereta. I don't really cook, so whenever I crave authentic Filipino dishes, I make sure to place a bulk order. It brings me immense comfort and happiness. I haven't visited the actual restaurant yet, but I definitely plan to one day! Service: Takeout.
