Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hampton Manor

The place was disgusting, and nothing was clean. The staff was joking in the back amongst themselves while 1 guy was struggling in the front. The line was all the way back to the door and no real effort was made to get it moving. When i reached the front of the line I noticed the chicken burning on the grill as a lovely last straw. Food was over cooked. Overall a very unpleasant experience here.

Inconsistent serving size. Some employees better then others. My July 10, 2024 visit was the breaking point. A young lady with blond hair was working the counter. Very slow. Very poor customer service. Behaved like I was burdening her simply by placing an order. Very small serving size, smallest burrito I have ever seen, my wife's bowl wasn't any better. Not worth the almost $30 I paid them. Considering a credit card chargeback i am so disgusted with my experience there.

Please more? If you like a dirty restaurant and cheap, small portions, then this is your place to go! Worst customer service. They make people wait for long time. They are around 7 people staff but you should wait 30mins to get your turn.
