They just held out the bag and were talking to other employees without saying anything to me.

This is the second time I have ordered a honey butter biscuit and been charged for a honey butter chicken bi... read more This used to be one of the best Wendy's in Hampton. This is the second time I have ordered a honey butter biscuit and been charged for a honey butter chicken biscuit. The employees seem to have difficulty understanding the difference. When I arrived at the window, I explained that I had ordered a honey butter biscuit and that it should ring up as $1.49. She kept telling me it was $3.99. I told her that she was ringing up a honey chicken biscuit instead of a honey butter biscuit. She then threw the bag of food and asked someone for assistance. This was completely unnecessary and uncalled for, especially when the mistake was due to the employees' lack of hearing and knowledge of the menu. The food quality was cold and not fresh. This place needs a mystery shopper from corporate to visit once a week. They should start eliminating those with poor attitudes and work ethics. Thank you!

I overheard one... read more This restaurant is extremely unclean. The workers are lazy and refuse to take orders at the counter, instead forcing customers to use the kiosk. I overheard one of the workers speaking disrespectfully about a customer who had difficulty communicating in English. The floors were sticky and littered with food wrappers. Workers in the kitchen had long, loose hair that was not secured away from the food. The hygiene and cleanliness of this place are questionable, and it should be inspected by the health department and shut down.

When its open it super busy with lines often backing on to Mercury Blvd. Plan to wait. BUT it's good to have fast food serving this late. Staff friendly and I have never had them mess up my order so KUDOS for that as well.
