Despite some inconsistent experiences, including issues with food quality and timing, the restaurant has shown promise with excellent small plates, friendly service, and delicious meals when executed well. Some guests have had disappointing visits with undercooked burgers and poorly made pork chops, while others have enjoyed fabulous fried chicken and memorable dining experiences. The restaurant could benefit from improved efficiency in kitchen operations and better wine options. Overall, it seems like a mixed bag - with some patrons willing to give it another chance based on positive past experiences and the potential for a great meal.
We had a fantastic evening and delicious meal at the restaurant. The only thing we wished for was a riesling or sweeter wine option on the menu. This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last!
This was my second time visiting the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality was not the same as my original visit. Due to time constraints, we had to take our food to go (we had tickets for a show at the American Theater and our food arrived too late for us to enjoy it at the restaurant. My guest and I both ordered the pork chops and they were tough and not edible. The broccollini was bitter. However, based on my initial visit to the restaurant, I would probably go back and select another dish.
The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I typically receive excellent service and delicious food at this restaurant. However, during my recent visit, they were out of scallops, mac and cheese, and the fillet was substituted with a ribeye. Additionally, it took 25 minutes for appetizers to arrive and close to 40 minutes for dinner.
Delicious food the staff was so friendly. My in laws said it's one of the best meals they've ever had! The fried chicken with sausage white gravy, mashed potatoes collards are fabulous!!!
