The staff could benefit from a refresher on customer service! Cinnabon isn't really a breakfast item; it's more of a dessert. I suggest moving it to the evening menu or training your employees to kindly inform customers that it's no longer available during breakfast.

The hard tacos were genuinely crispy and not nearly as disappointing as those I've had in Midlothian, VA.

I would like to give Tacoglocke another chance, but for now, they will only get one star. I couldn't get anyone's attention inside the restaurant. It felt like the phone was just allowed to ring endlessly. All I wanted was to fix my order, specifically to get jalapeños for my burritos, which I had already paid for. I also ordered a $5 stacker box and paid extra for soft tacos, but they didn’t include them. I just want to receive everything I paid for, but I couldn't even get anyone to assist me. I'm not looking for anything for free; I just hope to update this review later with a positive experience when I receive my complete order next time.

Usually we really enjoy this place, but tonight was just not her day. We placed our order, received our food and went on our way. It managed to realize that we lacked an article (burrito supreme). My husband called, they know I was on the way back. I let the car know thru clerk, and she told me to move forward. The gentleman, who supported the window pen, seemed very moving and hollered for the Burrito supernatant. The girl graciously declared cinnamon-drills were included for the inconvenience... I checked the order again, and the Burrito premium was hardly half the size of the normal burrito (more like the crushed chicken rollup) and the 1/2 empty bag cinnamon twists were simply- no cinnamon or sugar... So much for lifting order... Or be helpful.

Very fast and friendly. Great food. Awesome sweet tea!
