Sweet Beans Coffee - Hampton
Sweet Beans Coffee
Description
Set in a warmly decorated space with striking wall art, this neighborhood coffee bar offers a broad menu of flavored lattes, cold brews, pastries and even beer and wine. Friendly staff, comfy seating, and the ability to host small gatherings make it a social spot, with standout items like chocolate chip cookies and creative espresso drinks.
Prices can feel steep, with reports of undersized or inconsistent pours and occasional bitter or watery preparations, and service may slow at peak times. Still, many return for the atmosphere and variety.

So I lived in this area for 24 years before moving to Pittsburgh almost 5 years ago and I always said this would be the perfect spot for a coffee shop and I am so happy to find out when I was visiting family that it is now a coffee shop !!! With amazingdrinks and food ! If you're into a squishy cookie ... Their chocolate chip cookies are AMAZING. They also serve beer which isawesome for those of you into beer! Very happy this is here and excited to see this company grow more and more as I come back tovisit !
Coffee is okay. But this half filled cup cost $8. Sorry almost 10 dollars for a half filled cup is not okay. I've also tried different things over time and between the food and coffee most of it just tastes straight up bad. It's not worth this placecharging more than Starbucks which is already expensive
I love visiting this place with friends to grab lunch and to catch up. It is so open and bright inside and the artwork/murals are beautiful. I've been here a couple of times and although I experiment with my coffee order based on staff recommendations I always order the pepperoni panini. It is so full of pepperoni and the cheese isn't overwhelming. The bread is always freshand toasted well. We've brought our kids here as well (and as long as they have their tablets they're content). Parking isnever a problem.
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant with friends for lunch and to catch up. The interior is open and bright, and the artwork and murals are stunning. I've been here several times, and even though I like to try different coffee orders based on the staff's suggestions, I always end up getting the pepperoni panini. It's packed with pepperoni, and the cheese is just the right amount—not too heavy. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasted. We've also brought our kids here, and as long as they have their tablets, it goes smoothly!
Typically, my experiences with this restaurant have been positive. However, today I ordered delivery as usual and was disappointed. I ordered a large drink but received a mini cup that was only half full. For $7, I expected more. I realize the drink I chose is usually a small size, but this was just 6oz of liquid. Overall, I think the prices are excessively high.
