When I entered, the staff seemed more interested in their phones... read more My experience at this Subway location was very disappointing due to the poor customer service. When I entered, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting customers, leaving me feeling completely ignored. On top of that, they didn’t listen carefully to my sandwich order, forcing me to repeat it even though I was clear the first time. The sandwich maker seemed annoyed with me because of their mistake, which was upsetting. It’s especially frustrating since this is the only Subway nearby.

When I inquired about the delay in preparing my order, I was informed that they always give priority to customers waiting in line. That being said, the sandwiches on their menu are consistently excellent.
