Despite having an email confirmation and having already paid for my order, they refused to give it to me simply because I didn't have the payment method with me. This requirement was not mentioned in the pickup email at all. It's clear that their staff needs better training. I'm really disappointed that they wasted food just because I forgot my card. This Subway location is a letdown, and I won't be returning.

It was incredibly frustrating to find out that they require an extensive history just to pick up a sandwich. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional, but it also leads to wasted food, especially since everything had already been paid for and I had an email confirmation to verify my order. Even after I presented proof that I was the correct person to pick up the order, they still refused to serve me. I strongly advise against visiting this location. Their treatment of customers is poor, and it’s disheartening to see them disregard valid proof of orders. If you’re going to work in fast food, it's essential to enjoy your job and treat customers with respect by providing the food they have already paid for. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
