They are either out or will not b... read more This Panda Express used to be our go to location in McDonough GA. However the last few times I've been trying to get an order. They are either out or will not be ready for 8 10 min. While Panda employees or managers are eating/ refilling their food containers behind the line. While other people are waiting on their food. So No family meal ordered from this location.... Still was waiting on food to be cooked! Service: Takeaway

I did look up the reviews before stopping by and although the rating of 3.8 was lower than I had expected, I decided to take a chance and come inside just to take a look before ordering. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service team members were fast, the food was extremely fresh and everything was hot and tasty. The orange chicken was a fresh batch which was good and the beans/chicken was cooked just right. I had half rice and half broccoli/cabbage as my side. The server and cashier was VERY nice and helpful in my selections and answered my questions efficiently. I normally don’t eat out especially fast food but I was tired of leftovers but had a taste for some orange chicken. I was pleasantly surprised about food to my liking. I may try again soon but I will come inside to check it out first. Update 10/24/24..keep up the good work Panda Express. I’ve been ordering the grilled chicken lately but each time it’s been on point and the rest of the food looks fresh and hot each time.
