Sam and Jaquel were fantastic! They were incredibly attentive and engaging with every customer. Never fails?most chick fil a lines are long, no problem however, after waiting 20min in line they do not have what you want! This location never has parfait, never has chicken noodle soup and when they do decide to have soup it?s always cold! Upside,the employees are always nice!! View all feedback.
This Chick-fil-A has gone down since the the previous owner retired. This has gone from my favorite place to I'm not sure if I will go back. The picture shows what they have me when I ordered a burrito. It was tiny and most of the wrap was hard. The absolute worst Chick-fil-A I've been to in my freaking life. How many times can you mess up a person order. Every time I come here it's a problem with my order and your charging me from things that come with my order like dressing and sauce and things I've already paid for. I had to double check and double back each time I've been here Service: Take out
Don't change demeanor just because you don't like what you see! Yes I'm talking about the people taking orders today Thursday March 14th at 9:00pm!! The first one saw me and walked away while the other one was have full on conversation with cat in front of me. Soon as I pull up face and posture changed like she saw some alien. Ugh worst service in Hampton!
The slowest chick fil a with the worst service I've ever seen at a chick fil a. Avoid this place at all cost.
Breakfast drive through took 35 mins. Ordered online , arrived at 10am luckily I was able to get to the speaker at 10:25 am or they would've said I can't order.
