I was 2 customers back and s... read more This is by far the worst Mod Pizza I have ever been. There is a long line and they only have one person helping in-store customers. I was 2 customers back and stood in line for almost 30 minutes. I have been standing here for almost 5 minutes waiting to pay. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again and recommend any new customers steer clear.

One of the pizzas was missing all of the protein toppings. Called, routed to a tech, he explained that it happens quite often and sent out another pizza. Said pizza has yet to arrive. Which is costing me money as we drink more, waiting for this pizza.Update: pizza arrived, second call to dispatch was quite agreeable when asked for an updated both times.Update #2 And the pizza is cold, but complete

After looking around, they miraculous... read more Placed an order online for pickup, and the staff members seemed confused on where my pizza was even though it wasn't busy. After looking around, they miraculously remembered that they had it in the oven. Once I got my pizza, I couldn't believe how terrible it looked. Toppings were thrown on and the cheese was disgusting. I brought the pizza back in to be remade, and the staff asked confused on who made it and tried to blame it on DoorDash/Uber Eats even though I picked it up myself through their online pick up service on their website. They had bad attitudes while remaking the pizza and I don't plan on coming back to this location again.

This particular mod piece when you enter on the left it has a large sign that says any toppings one price and the there are 2 pizza crust sizes. Mini which is 6 and thenthe Mod which is 11 . They also have a gluten free and cauliflower crust option but only comes in 11 and is $12.43. The pictureof the salad looks good so ordered it is salad as well. This is set up kind of like a Chipotle for pizza where you start withordering your crust , the sauce, and then you slide down and select your toppings or you can order one of the Pre named pizzathat has specific toppings on it. You pay while you wait for your pizza to cook in the pizza oven and then they call your name.I was really pleasantly surprised! This is one of the better pizzas that I've had in a long time. I think it gives mellowmushroom a run for its money it's definitely much faster. They serve a thin crust so that is probably why it is able to cook soquickly but the pizza was definitely delicious. This will be added into my regular stops.

The employees had very bad attitudes and even worse customer service. They didn't seem stocked for their dinner rush, and kept making excuses when I asked for toppings they didn't have on the line. The lady starting the pizza refusedto rub my pesto base over the entire crust, and put 3 heaping globs of ricotta, so only half of my pizza had it. They barley putany toppings on my pizza. When I asked for more they rolled their eyes, and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Iasked for the roasted garlic at the end and the employees literally put like 2 entire heads of garlic on my pizza. Luckily theywere on top and could pick them off, otherwise I would not have been able to eat it. While waiting for the pizza to cook I wentand used the bathroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the toilet was disgusting, and they were out of soap. I letone of the employees know about the condition of the bathroom and once again they just rolled their eyes. As a former restaurantmanager I understand the frustration of the job, but at some point management has to step in and lead their team to greatness. Iwill probably never come back to this location, unless some major changes are made. I really wish I could give them 0/5 stars
