The star is only there, so I can post. Absolutely a downward spiraling display of customer service. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER, because they won 't: On 3 occasions, over a 30 day period, I ordered a DOUBLE quarter pounder with bacon and received a SINGLEquarter pounder with bacon... But charged for the double every time. AVOID THE CURBSIDE AT ALL COST! 2 burgers, 20pc nuggets,and a happy meal took 40 minutes but only after I walked inside to see why it is taking so long. My kids appreciated appreciatedthe free cookie, which might be a decent correction to an oops but not repeated performance of this degree.
This one is legendary in the neighborhood for being slow. But they kicked it up a notch the other night. Walked in to place an order and there was a customer waiting for his food. He complained the wait was long and when he asked the employee behind thecounter how much longer it would be, he was told It 'll be ready when I get to it. Needless to say I canceled my order andwalked right out never to come here again.
I ordered 3 caramel sundaes and a mango pineapple smoothie. Slow service, the 3 ice creams were way too low in terms of portion, stuff was rude when I addressed the issue, they didn?t want to do anything to deescalate the situation , instead they wereoffering those ice creams for free to the customers behind me. Stay away of this place?
Used Uber eats and they only gave the driver the happy meal. I ordered two whole combos that I never received.
