Feedback
This restaurant presents a diverse culinary experience with both delights and disappointments. While some patrons rave about the crispy chicken sandwich and generously filled tacos, others report issues like greasy meals and order inaccuracies, including mishandled requests for modifications. Condiments and sides often seem to appear contrary to requests, and undercooked items have caused concern. However, many still appreciate the accommodating staff, who strive to meet specific preferences. Overall, while the menu has potential, consistency and attention to detail remain areas needing improvement for an optimal dining experience.
We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had ordered our food in advance, but they didn't provide it and refused to refund us. The staff was rude, telling us to just deal with it, and they even used disrespectful language towards us. It was particularly upsetting to witness their behavior in front of our young children, who were hungry after a long drive and were looking forward to KFC. Overall, it was a very sad experience.
No issues with the location, food, or service. I just wanted to let y'all know when you walk in there's a specific odor. that smell is most likely your grease trap. it smells as though it hasn't been emptied or cleaned in a while, and what you'resmelling is that, as well as a potential back up/clog of the grease trap. I've been knee deep in what comes out of that trap.typically located under the dishwasher/sink area. I know from experience that if that doesn't get cleaned/emptied nightly likeit's supposed to it will clog back up start going through the piping, and will inevitably back up on the sewer system whichis likely located under the street of Pembroke. the city will have to dig it up to take care of it, and your establishment willhave to foot the bill for that. that's several tens of thousands of dollars. just trying to look out for y'all.
Used the taco bell side. Very friendly service. Food exactly like you like it. And it's reoccurring. Same good food, every time so far. Management had their employees well trained in customer service. In and out fast, through the drive through.
The biscuits were terrible—hard, tasteless, and definitely not fresh. They lacked the soft, buttery goodness I expected, even alongside the greasy chicken. The mashed potatoes cost $5 for a "family size," but there was barely enough for five spoonfuls—not nearly enough for a family of three. The mac and cheese was served cold, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but here it just highlighted the careless preparation. The mobile app is useless, and the prices are ridiculous. You’d expect a family meal to feed everyone for $50, but we left hungry and disappointed. Portions were small, and most of the chicken was inedible. I used to love KFC as a treat when I was younger, but after spending three hours working to afford this dinner, our family still went home unsatisfied. To make matters worse, the restaurant refused to provide receipts, so we can’t even bring our complaints to management—no proof of purchase means no refund or exchange, despite my credit card being charged. I suggest avoiding this place and heading to the grocery store instead, where you can get fresh fried chicken and sides at a much better price and quality.
I ordered the chicken pot pie combo and the chicken sandwich combo, totaling about $15. I didn’t get a receipt, and the cashier said he only charged me for the pot pie. I wasn’t in the mood to argue about it at the time. I was also charged for a drink, which costs around 50 cents, but still received no receipt. Overall, it left me feeling a bit confused.
