When I... read more I ordered the avocado toast online with two eggs over medium and bacon,hash browns and grits. The store did not have my order due to technical problems. When I received my order I noticed that my avocado toast had slices of avocado not smashed but neatly laid on top of the bread with cherry tomatoes when I tried to bite into my sandwich Those avocados were not ripe. They were hard. My bacon was in a separate container over done and swimming in grease. My hash brown was also extra brown and crispy. I ended up throwing most of my food away. Please check your food before you leave.

Plus on top of that the silverware is filthy as well as the glasses with lip prints and etc. I hate the fact I have to drive way out just to have a decent meal at I-hop when this location is only up the road from me. However, the manager with the dreds was extremely sweet. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left with a refund. She had everything remade and and politely serviced our table. Thank you for fixing this the best way you could.

Only 2 in my party other groups of 3 to 5 people received their food while we waited. When our food arrived it was cold or roomtemperature at best. Maybe left on the kitchen counter too long? Our waitress never brought our check long after we finishedeating so we went up to the register to pay. While several employees were sitting in the back, no one was attending the front.We waited 7-10 minutes until someone finally came to the register and asked for our meal tab to pay, we informed him ourwaitress never brought us one, nor did she or any other employee come to check us out or get someone to check us out. Therestaurant was very clean. Unfortunately the food and customer service were below any reasonable standard.

A gentleman came into the establishment, I d... read more I was Door Dashing this morning and I experienced the MOST AWESOME DISPLAY OF REAL LOVE in this place this morning. A gentleman came into the establishment, I don 't know who he was, but by his red IHOP shirt and that heavy binder he was carrying, he musthave been a V.I.P. ???? AS SOON AS HE CAME THROUGH THE DOOR! The staff there this morning greeted him with someone much love andhugs......telling him how they 'd missed him. This just changed the whole perspective as to why I was there!???? This experiencewas so warm and affectionate, and hey! As a Loving Christian that was just "HEAVENLY "TO ME???? Made me wanna just staythere! And the funny thing about this For Dash, though my wait was long, and the ride to deliver was a little distant, it wasthe only Dash I got this morning. So worth it! Hey! I made$ 5.25! And got a real BLESSING from the staff at IHOP. WOW! THERE 'SSTILL HOPE IN THIS WORD BECAUSE OF THE GIFT OF LOVE. THANK YOU JESUS. AND THANK YOU IHOP STAFF on Tara Blvd in Lovejoy.????????????????????????
