After he announced his arrival, he was put on hold for five minutes before he was finally allowed to place his order. When he arrived at the window, they asked for details about the order. After searching for a while using his name, they eventually found it and handed him the food, but not without a delay. Once we got home, we realized that an entire burger was missing and we had received extra chicken tenders that we hadn’t ordered. While I understand that mistakes happen, this whole experience was quite frustrating and spoiled our dinner, especially since one of us ended up without a burger. If you decide to visit this restaurant, be prepared for long waits, even when it’s not busy, and the chance of receiving the wrong items, as these problems seem to be common at this location.

I didn't receive a receipt, which makes me worry that I might have been overcharged or that my receipt was just not given to me. During my wait, I saw five people who arrived after me being served ahead of me, and the manager didn’t even bother to check on how long I had been waiting. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
