However, when I got to work and opened my biscuit, I found that my loaded omelet was anything but loaded. It seemed like there were just a few small crumbs of sausage in the center of my egg. Either make sure the omelet lives up to its name, or update the advertising to reflect what you’re actually serving.

Unfortunately, I couldn't return to the restaurant to address the issue because I had to get to work.

After he announced his arrival, he was put on hold for five minutes before he was finally allowed to place his order. When he arrived at the window, they asked for details about the order. After searching for a while using his name, they eventually found it and handed him the food, but not without a delay. Once we got home, we realized that an entire burger was missing and we had received extra chicken tenders that we hadn’t ordered. While I understand that mistakes happen, this whole experience was quite frustrating and spoiled our dinner, especially since one of us ended up without a burger. If you decide to visit this restaurant, be prepared for long waits, even when it’s not busy, and the chance of receiving the wrong items, as these problems seem to be common at this location.
