Our group sat outside, where we started with one server who... read more I was really disappointed to have a negative experience here after seeing so many positive reviews. Our group sat outside, where we started with one server who didn't really know the beer menu. After we placed our orders, a different server took over abruptly and was completely unaware of what we had ordered or what we were drinking. It took about 20 minutes for nine meals to arrive, with our two-year-old's grilled cheese coming out last alongside our appetizer. To make things worse, the umbrellas provided little shade, so we were exposed to the sun the entire time and bothered by flies throughout our meal. The cherry on top was witnessing a confrontation between the staff and a homeless man sitting on the patio during our visit. I can only give two stars for a decent Reuben, but aside from that, everything else fell short.
