We went for our Wedding Dinner tasting meal tonight, and Chef Justin built our custom buffet dinner to our exact specifications with very little directions on our part. Thecommunication between the staff and ourselves was flawless and easy from the start and our requests for a fun, Mexican fusionmenu were presented with true pride and passion. We were literally speechless from the moment we had the first bite. The flavorswere bursting and authentic. We knew Chef was hired 5 minutes into the meal! We were treated like absolute royalty. We can'tthank you enough Fox Tail for an unbelievable evening!!
