T... read more It’s clearly a local favorite, evident from the crowd and the well-trodden path to the buffet and cash register. Diners of all ages were enjoying their meals. The staff were friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel right at home. As for the food, it was fantastic! The buffet included mouthwatering entrees like Southern fried chicken and meatloaf, along with sides of green beans, black-eyed peas, lima beans, and creamy mashed potatoes with gravy. The salad bar was well-stocked, and the dessert—a delicious peach cobbler—was the cherry on top. The only downside was the use of styrofoam for takeout and plastic straws, which contribute to the growing issue of ocean pollution and harm wildlife. It would be great if they switched to biodegradable and plant-based containers and made straws available only upon request. Overall, this place is a refreshing break from the typical fast food chains. If you’re looking for good, classic Southern cooking, definitely stop by! Our family of five enjoyed dinner for just $43.

They serve delicious buffet-style Southern food, and we especially enjoy the beef stew on Thursday nights. The only downside is that the building could use some cosmetic updates. Other than that, I give it five stars!

Their buffet has all the country cooking favorites. Fried chicken, Mac and cheese, banana pudding.. etc. Everything was excellent. From the employees that made me feel at home, to the stick to your ribs comfort food. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is because the atmosphere is plain and simple, which isn't a bad thing, but for 5 stars there could be just a bit more attention in that area. It is a strong 4 star! I would recommend you to stop in.
