This is the only Mexican restaurant my family goes to in Hampton Roads. The food is always delicious, the order is always perfect, and they serve large portions so you really feel you are getting your moneys worth. The servers are always friendly and attentive. The food comes out of the kitchen quickly. I have nothing negative to say about El Azteca. We have been eating at this restaurant since we moved to hampton 6 years ago. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a taco salad with beef. First off, the chip bowl was Burnt. Secondly, there was hardlyANY food in the bowl. Thirdly, there was No seasoning on my food, didn't even taste any Latin seasoning At All, verydisappointed. Fourthly, the meat tasted like it was purchased from 7-Eleven or Dollar Tree, not Happy at ALL. Fifth, thelettuce on my taco salad was funny tasting. The Most disappointing thing, was the Fresh Guacamole. I make guacamole at homewithout having All the necessary ingredients and it has more flavor than what we were brought. I will Not be returning to yourrestaurant.

I have no clue what others are talking about good food coming from this place.The guacamole and salsa are both store bought and low quality. I can make better Mexican food at home myself for much cheaperand I will at least know I'm not being poisoned by bad steak.
