The restaurant has a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The staff members are friendly, though there are occasional mix-ups with orders. However, they are always quick to resolve any mistakes, which is a positive aspect.
I recently dined at a restaurant where I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant that was perfectly heated, paired with a delightful French vanilla latte. It was an amazing experience! After waking up at home, I realized it's an ideal spot for breakfast and donuts. Additionally, there's a Domino's conveniently located next door that stays open late and serves fantastic pizza. As I've aged, I've begun exploring new places and trying different cuisines—something I never had the chance to do while I was working. Now that I’m retired, I can relax and enjoy life, all while managing my bills, of course!
I’m really pleased that we have a Dunkin' in our area now, even though it's been around for about a year. The service is typically excellent and friendly, but mornings on weekends can be quite busy, so be prepared for a wait. The best approach is to use their app to place your order in advance; just give your name at the drive-thru or inside, and they'll have it ready for you. I’m giving it 4 stars because it can get a bit hectic behind the counter and in the lobby on weekends. Otherwise, they usually keep the place clean, and I highly recommend it. Who doesn’t love Dunkin’?
A few weeks ago, I visited the restaurant and noticed three employees on duty. Strangely, there were no customers inside or in the drive-through. I was informed that I needed to use the drive-through, as the inside was closed due to a staffing shortage. It's worth mentioning that I was the only customer present, and the doors were open.
On January 18, 2022, I decided to give Dunkin' Donuts a second chance after a concerning incident where someone tried to use a cloned credit card of mine for an $11.53 purchase, luckily unsuccessfully. I attempted to call the store for help but didn't get any response. Reflecting on 2021, my experience was quite different and very frustrating. I waited at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes. After about five minutes of silence, I said “Good morning” and “hello,” only to be told to “WAIT!” When I finally got a response, the employee asked for my order, and when I greeted him back, he snapped, “I asked what you are ordering.” I was shocked by his rudeness and asked if they had skinny vanilla lattes. He replied, “You’ll have to get something else; we ain’t Starbucks.” When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I asked for his name, and he said, “Shawn” before abruptly closing the window. His rudeness, combined with his slender build and high-pitched voice, made the experience even more unsettling. Overall, it’s good to see improvements with the new staff, but my initial experiences were definitely unpleasant.
