This location consistently offers very slow service, likely some of the slowest I've ever experienced. The staff doesn't seem to have much professionalism, as they rarely greet customers when they arrive. Moreover, they often run out of donuts. Overall, it's a disappointing experience. Being retired military we’ve patronized Dunkin Donuts all of the country! We will never patronize this Dunkin Donuts again thanks to Manager Anne is rude and unprofessional! I placed an order, that was done incorrectly. Instead of Melissa fixing her error she chose to ignore me. Other customers spoke up and we all decided to leave and go to the Dunkin Donuts in Fayetteville! This location lost many customers today Thanks to Anne Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Move sooooooooo slow. It’s ridiculous. And it’s not busy so it’s really no excuse. Need a better playbook for employees for speedy and great customer service Food: 1 Service: 1
