Every mob... read more I am generally very satisfied with this Dunkin', and the only drawback I experience is the wait time, which I understand is due to staffing shortages. Every mobile order I’ve placed has been executed flawlessly, with no errors whatsoever. There’s a wonderful young lady who has taken my order and prepared my coffee perfectly on multiple occasions, and she’s always cheerful when I come in. I highly recommend this location for mobile orders or for a visit in person. Thank you for having such friendly and courteous staff!

If you like your bagels microwaved, this is the spot for you. Overall, it was a disappointing visit!

I spoke to Denni... read more I frequent Dunkin’ often, but it’s frustrating that the staff, particularly the Asian man and woman, consistently mess up my mobile app orders. I spoke to Dennis, who I believe is the store manager, and his only response was, "Why do you keep coming back then?" I couldn’t help but laugh because seriously, I’m not going to drive across town to Dunkin’ just to be late for work! I ordered an iced chai latte but was given a regular coffee. Then I ordered a Dunkuccino, which is a mix of coffee and hot cocoa, but they gave me a plain dark coffee instead. This place is a joke.
