They frequently mess up either the sandwiches or the drinks, and sometimes items are just missing altogether. It seems like the staff is struggling with basic reading and following instructions. They could really benefit from some additional training.

Been there one time and they are out of doughnuts. Another time they were out of eggs forsandwiches. So I ask: if you are out of coffee, doughnuts and sandwiches, what do you serve?

I ordered a iced chia latte with brown sugar cold foam on top. I took the drink and came back up to the store. There was zerocolas foam? I?m paying for that and I have none on my drink. And then I taste it and the drink taste like straight concentrate.No milk added it was very very thick, no ice. It was very nasty and usually I?ll drink it anyways but I couldn?t. So I went backfor a refund, the young man acted clueless. Called the ?manager? saying I wanted a refund and he wasn?t able to give me one?every fast food industry I was in we were taught how to do a refund or takes through it. All the other times I?ve come the twodrinks I got always were missing 3 inches of coffee in them and this is ridiculous. They are unprofessional and not worth themoney!!!!! I?m never returning and I wouldn?t suggest anyone else going here unless you want to waste your money.
