I gave up my order. I made the donuts wrong. The hot chocolate I ordered, tasted like hot water. I had to wait a long time for my order.
Usually we go here and the service is great, but today only AWFUL went out not only the guy to get out of order, but then oh never said stop anything and then it didn't go out right as we were sitting there for another five minutes, but we ordered two coffees and two simple bagels with cream cheese wait for another five minutes to get into the window to pay when we got to the window, we got there for another five minutes and then we got paid there for another
As the new manager of Dunkin', I take great pride in leading the store and improving it for our community. We have a diverse team, including an employee who speaks sign language and another who speaks Spanish, so we strive to serve everyone. We keep our coffee fresh, and although our donuts are delivered early in the morning, we make sure they’re prepared just for you. Our staff is friendly, and we look forward to connecting more with our community.
The hazelnut latte was absolutely fantastic! The staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is filled with wonderful people.
The barista was friendly, but she wasn’t wearing her mask properly. Is it okay for her to take it off?

The menu and staff can shine when stocked and staffed, but inconsistency undermines the experience: frequent stockouts, occasional payment issues and sporadic drive‑thru‑only access leave customers frustrated. Strong community focus and efficient service when operating well suggest the solution is better inventory and management, which would make this a reliable local favorite.

So disappointed in the service as of late! Frozen bagel bites and cold bacon who wants that!
The coffee is better than Starbucks and costs less! The food menu is wonderful. BUT this entire franchise has an extremely difficult time getting it right consistently! Staff are ignorant and frankly even rude. I have been told: 1. We 're out ofcoffee 2. We 're out of tomatoes! 3. We 're out of bread!!!!! 4. We 're out of avocado 5. We 're out of donuts! Only have holes. 6.Ask for sugar free and get sugar! They need REAL Guidance on how to run their business. When the get it right....it is fabulous!
Great place! Note: many of the bad reviews are *not* for this place, they're for the disastrous service from the Dunkin' drive-thru a couple blocks away. I think because they're close by people get them confused and put their reviews in this one.This place is efficient and delicious.
In and out! My order#5562 was correct and my iced latte was amazing ???? Plus the young lady behind the counter was so polite , energetic and personable!!!. Thank you.
Couldn't anything this morning, I walk in and see a sign drive thru only!!! What is that? So apparently if you don't drive you can't get coffee from his location, and to have something delivered costs an arm and a leg and comes from a store in NewportNews, by the time I get it it's cold!! Worst store ever!!!

My son and I stopped by before heading to work, and we were helped by a wonderful girl named Amber. She was fantastic—very kind, polite, and cheerful. I learned she usually works in the mornings, and I was so glad she was there. Both our lattes were amazing, the best I've had! Amber, you’re doing an excellent job. Keep it up!
