The staff here is incredibly hardworking! Messiah and Bianca are standout employees. Messiah even gave me half off my order because I was a friend of one of the team members working at the time. They are really helpful and truly exceptional workers! A big shoutout to Messiah and Bianca for making our experience so much better! View all feedback.
What Kaitlin Cole doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered from this Domino's location because, unfortunately, a loved one was in the hospital on Christmas. The pizza was delicious, and I really appreciated someone coming out to deliver during the holiday. It did take longer than the estimated time, but that was fine. The only issue I had was with the delivery driver, Derek, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude on the phone. When I met him, he handed me the pizz... View all feedback.
Along with my pizza, I ordered cinnamon bread twists. Upon opening the box, I see that there is no icing. This made me very very hurt. I am not mad, just disappointed. I expected more from domino?s.
If I gave them negative zero. The staff canceled my order because the site selected them and they did not deliver here and said I would not refund for up to 3 days and now my children and I hungry. Management was rude like everyone ever and in no way had compassion that we can enjoy our pizza Friday. so disappointed in this business and his staff. I'll call Corporate for her evil behavior.
I ordered from this Domino's at 6:50 pm for delivery and paid. I was told to expect 24-45 minutes until it was delivered. At 8:10 I decided to call since the driver still hadn't shown and was informed they didn't deliver to my location after 5pm. So after waiting an hour for my food to never show and having an employee get rude with me on the phone, I decided to drive to the location and get my pizzas. When I got there they informed me I had to pay before I could leave with my pizzas when I had already paid $55 for two large pizzas. I told them I had and showed them and after having a conversation with their clueless shift leader who was not a polite person in the slightest, I had to have them refund me and then pay a second time for my two pizzas I found out that they had originally charged me an $18 delivery fee! That's absolutely absurd and this location is a waste of time and money, do yourself a favor and order Papa John's or Pizza Hut
Dominos is my favorite of all chain pizzas. When we moved here before a tyrant, the local store makes better pizzas than we were used to, and they quickly showed up. The last 3 orders from this particular business showed up over an hour after the order, not a problem of itself, as I sometimes understand, it is busy. The problem is that they put such a focus on getting the pizzas in the oven and baked that the pizzas end up sitting on the counter in the store for 30 minutes, at this point they are already cold until the driver leaves the business with them let alone the time you actually sit and eat (this is based on my recent experience and with the tracker knowing what phase my order is). If it coordinates pizzas from the oven with available drivers, customers could have hot fresh pizza on their tables, regardless of how busy the store is. Give a 2-star rating vs 1 because the pizzas seem well made, they just pop up late/cold.
Ordered a Two Topping Large pizza Cheesy Bread w/ sauce n drinks. Everything was correct, hot, and ready in 15 minutes when I picked it up. Gentleman with beard was super kind working by himself and saw he was cooking up other orders with same timely fashion, was very kind so thank you!
