Our server name was Heaven and when I say that it was the worst service I have received in a reall... read more The food was alright but the service was absolutely terrible. Our server name was Heaven and when I say that it was the worst service I have received in a really long time. It wasn’t even busy and she failed to give us our drinks, didn’t ask if we needed refills, didn’t give us straws or napkins, and then I had to just go up to the bar itself and get a to go box. I would stare at her to get her attention and she would be on her phone. Then when it was time to pay she handed me a customer receipt and a regular bill tab. It did not say merchant copy. She kept that herself so I had to take a picture of the customer copy with her name because why did I not receive the merchant copy to add a tip ? Now I have to check with my bank in a couple days to make sure she doesn’t take what she wants out. This wasn’t my first time going here but I definitely do not trust using my card at Coasters anymore.
